Baking yummy goodies is just another way in which we are able to showcase how wonderful Maths and Science are to our young children.
When making food we have to follow instructions and remain as accurate and precise as possible in order to reach the desired end product. This is the same with Science. For a reaction to be a success we have to make sure that we are precise and accurate when following the method.
We hide mathematics problems within the recipe, with children having to change the quantities of ingredients as well as solving equations to calculate how much of each ingredient is needed.
So that the children can make the foods again, we have decided to keep a page dedicated to it so everyone can have access to it!
